3. Collection and Use of Personal Information

3.1 Account Service

3.1.1 Registration and Login

You can register and log in using a third-party account: If you have never registered a HueBit account, logging in via a third-party account (including mobile phone verification) will automatically register you; during the login process, we will obtain your public information (such as avatar, nickname) and authorization information on the third-party platform for account binding, and in some scenarios, you will need to re-verify and bind your mobile phone number to confirm the authenticity of the account.

One-click binding feature: With your consent, the mobile phone number in the device can be directly bound to the account through the carrier's capabilities, without the need for a password or verification code; you can also choose other methods to bind.

3.1.2 Account Service Rules

HueBit AI uses a unified HueBit account, and we will synchronize account information (nickname, avatar, bound mobile phone number, etc.) and authorization information to ensure a seamless service experience.

Mobile phone number is required information for network real-name system: Those who refuse to provide a mobile phone number may not be able to use functions such as information posting (video posting) and generative AI.

3.1.3 Account Public Information

Public account information includes template usage times, number of likes, publicly released works (displayed on the personal homepage), and the nickname of a violating account will be announced in the penalty notice.

3.2 AI Content Generation Service

We provide image, audio & video generation services based on AI models, and will collect the text you actively input, uploaded creatives, and instructions for generating content that meets your needs; after undergoing secure encryption and de-identification processing, relevant data may be used for model optimization.

Creatives containing faces and voices used in the creative import and content export functions are only used to implement functions such as "portrait photography" and not for other purposes.

3.3 Content Browsing and Search

Browsing History: When not logged in, your clicks, browsing, downloads, sharing, and feedback are recorded through device identifiers; when logged in, additional actions such as posting, liking, and commenting are recorded through your account.

Search Information: Collects your search instructions and logs, sorts results by content relevance and timeliness; some results may be presented in combination with your historical records, search information will be temporarily stored locally, and you can view and delete local search history.

3.4 Information Release

Uploading and publishing content requires authorization of album permissions; if authorization is denied, the publishing function cannot be used; the content you publish will display the account nickname and avatar.

We will collect and analyze data such as the duration and views of your public works, and some statistical results will be made public to optimize the service and content ecosystem.

3.5 Other Features

3.5.1 Message Notification

With your consent, we will send notifications such as verification and surveys via mobile phone number, and may also push service or event information; you can unsubscribe via SMS or contact us to cancel commercial notifications.

Device system notifications can be turned off in settings, and the notification content includes account updates, recommended content, etc.

3.5.2 Sharing and Interaction

When sharing or participating in activities, the Client will locally access the clipboard and only upload HueBit AI-related passwords, links, etc., for the purpose of implementing jumps and linkages; if you have any questions, please contact us.

3.6 Operation and Safe Operation

To ensure the stability and security of the service, the following necessary information will be collected:

Device and network information: operating system version, MAC address, IP address, WLAN information, network status, operation log, etc.

Security verification information: By combining account, device, log information, as well as authorization information from affiliated parties and partners, it assesses account and transaction security, identifies violations, and prevents security incidents.

3.7 Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may collect access information through Cookies or anonymous identifiers to confirm login security, avoid duplicate operations, push personalized content, and troubleshoot service anomalies; web users can clear Cookies through browser settings, which may affect Cookie-dependent functions after clearing.

3.8 Service Content Change

After adjusting the product or service, if there are changes in the purpose, method, or scope of information processing, we will inform you again and obtain your consent in accordance with the law.

3.9 Situations where consent is legally exempted from being obtained

In the following cases, processing personal information does not require your authorization:

4.2 Cooperation Scenarios and Information Usage

4.2.1 Function and Service Implementation

Activity Participation: With your consent, we will share your name, contact information, bank account number (for redeeming rewards), and de-identified device information (for identity verification and anti-cheating) with partners; in joint activities, we will synchronize information such as account identifiers and activity progress to ensure a seamless experience.

Client Server: The partner may use your account and relevant information to handle requests, and contact you via your mobile phone number if necessary.

Payment Service: Third-party payment institutions need to collect your name, ID number, bank card information, and mobile phone number (all of which are sensitive information). Refusing to provide this information will result in the inability to use the payment function.

4.2.2 Security and Statistical Analysis

Partners use necessary information to safeguard account and property security, analyze data such as service crash records and Device IDs to assess stability; de-identified or anonymized data may be shared with research institutions for academic research.

4.3 Change of Operating Entity

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred accordingly; we will require the successor to protect the information in accordance with this Policy, and any change to the purpose or method of processing will require your consent to be obtained again.

4.4 Cease Operations

When operations cease, we will immediately stop collecting information, notify you via notice or announcement, and delete or anonymize relevant information.

4.5 Information Disclosure

We will not proactively disclose information that you have not publicly disclosed yourself, unless it is required by law or we have obtained your consent.

4.6 Situations where consent is legally exempted from being obtained

Precautions: Cancellation / deletion is irreversible, and relevant information will be deleted after the operation; for information that is technically difficult to delete, anonymization will be performed or only necessary storage and security information will be retained (except as otherwise provided by law).

6. Security Protection of Personal Information

Establish information security processes, strictly control data access rights, and regularly conduct personnel training and security audits.

Develop emergency response plans for security incidents. In the event of information leakage, tampering, or loss, immediately activate the plan and inform you of the details of the incident, remedial measures, and contact information; if it is difficult to notify each individual, an announcement will be issued, and the incident will be reported to the regulatory authorities as required.

We cannot guarantee the absolute security of information. We recommend that you properly safeguard your account information to avoid disclosure.

The system or network through which you access the service may encounter issues due to external factors, and you are required to monitor the risks on your own; when you leave HueBit AI to use third-party services, we do not assume responsibility for protecting the information you submit to third parties and will prompt you to pay attention to security.

7. Juvenile Provisions

Juvenile use requires the consent of a guardian, and the guardian shall guide the juvenile to read this policy.

We collect Juvenile information only when permitted by law, with the consent of guardians, or when necessary to protect Juveniles; if we discover information collected without consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.

If a guardian has questions about the information of a Juvenile, they may contact us through the publicized channels.

8. Review and Revision of Privacy Policy
